Kits provide safe and efficient application of nitrous to allow the engine to produce monstrous horsepower at critical periods of time.
Available for all Carbureted and EFI models. Kit comes with jetting for 30-40-50hp increases.
Jets may be purchased for higher horsepower tune-ups contact BTP for details.

Arctic Cat F1000 (2007 – 2008) 1200 Big Bore Kit
So you want to be king of the lake or the fastest sled in your group. Big Thunder Performance can help get you there. We took the already strong F1000 and turned it into a 1200cc arm-stretching monster. This kit was designed to be extremely reliable on pump gas so the trail guys can feel safe that the engine is going to get you to your destination and back. To bring this kit alive BTP starts with boring and porting your F1000 cylinders to our specifications. From there the cylinders are sent to Millennium Technologies to be replated to accommodate the massive 98MM pistons supplied in the kit. Your stock exhaust valves will be clearanced for the larger bore. Big Thunder highly recommends the addition of the Supreme Tool power valves, Timing key, High flow Y-Pipe, and Big Bore Single pipe to make this kit perform to it maximum potential. The lake racers would benefit from the Big Bore Twin Pipes.
Note: All big bore kits need an EFI control box to supply the extra fuel needed to properly tune the engine.
1200 Big Bore includes: F1000 cylinders (bored, ported, and replated to 1200 specs). 1200 head mod made to you specific needs (low compression trail safe pump gas or high compression lake race, race fuel setups). Two gas ported piston kits that include (pistons, piston pins, piston rings, and pin clips with skirt coating and ceramic top coating for long life).

Arctic Cat - Boondocker EFI Control Box
The Boondocker EFI control box is the most controllable EFI box on the market. This box will allow you to increase or decrease fuel delivery at multiple rpm ranges. The Boondocker box simply plugs into the electrical system between the ECU and the injectors and will not interfere with ECU operation. Works great with stock or bib bore sleds.

Big Thunder Performance has made installing a wet nitrous system on your new F series snowmobile simple. We have taken the time to design and fabricate an aluminum fuel cell and battery box to run a wet nitrous system. With this kit you won't need to drill new holes or buy an aftermarket silencer to make your kit fit, the components are designed around the stock muffler and available space behind it. The Big Thunder Performance fuel cell and battery box kit contains an aluminum fuel cell, aluminum battery box, and 1/8" npt fuel fitting as well as installation instructions and hardware.

Big Thunder Performance spent may hours testing our F1000 clutch kit on the track dynamometer as well as on the trail and lake. This clutch kit will easily pick up 4 sled lengths over a stock clutch setup. As seen on our dyno sheet our F1000 kit picked up a large amount of low and mid range power to the track while maintaining the power for a strong top end. This clutch kit will perform well in hard trail riding and provide lightning quick back shift as well as race with your friends out on the lake. Big Thunder Performance found the arm stretching power that was hidden in the stock F1000 package.
This kit contains a stiffer primary spring, adjustable billet weights, billet progressive helix, new helix cover plate with screws and adjuster, as well as a roller bearing for the secondary spring and an instruction sheet.
Note: You must heat the setscrews in the stock weights with a propane torch to melt the loctite prior to removal.

Arctic Cat F/M 2003 - 2006: Inline Fuel Reducers
Big Thunder Performance's adjustable inline fuel restrictor makes tuning arctic cat efi sleds easy. With the inline fuel restrictor you can reduce fuel pressure at wide-open throttle for improved performance. This kit uses different sized carburetor jets that install in the end of the aluminum reducer to reduce the amount of peak fuel flow. Fits all F7/M7 from 2003 to 2006. Typical hp gains 4-6hp

Arctic Cat F1000 (2007–2008) Cylinder Porting
Were you disappointed in the way your F1000 ran from the factory?
Big Thunder Performance can provide you with a pump gas trail reliable porting package that will unleash the torque and horsepower the F1000 is capable of. All you need to do is send us your cylinders and cylinder head so we can apply our porting package and head mod.
Big Thunder Performance highly recommends the addition of Supreme Tool power valves, High Flow Y-Pipe, Single Pipe, Timing Key, and High flow intake to maximize the full potential of this package.

Supreme Tool Pressure Operated Exhaust Valve Kit
Supreme Tool gas operated exhaust valve kit provides adjustable exhaust valve technology for your Arctic Cat. Testing has shown opening the power valves at a progressive rate with exhaust pressure provides a smoother transition to the mid range power. This process allows each cylinder to independently open the power valve as cylinder pressure builds up verse being snapped open at a predetermined rpm like the factory stock valves. Supreme Tool Exhaust Valve kit will provide an increase in low and mid range horsepower, provide tenability of the valves, and unmatched reliability. You will also loose about 4lbs off your snowmobile!

Easy bolt on horsepower! A 2-10 HP gain depending on the model with a broad power band and no loss in bottom end power. These manifolds work well with stock or aftermarket pipes. These are a must have for big bore applications. Some snowmobile models may require fuel system modifications so engine damage does not occur.
